I find it hilarious that people are acting like run clubs are the new sex clubs. I see people making these claims all over the internet. Like, huh? You must not understand how difficult running actually is.
Running ain't easy at all.
If run clubs are the new sex clubs, then every single corner of society is a potential sex club. I’ve seen how people turned standard anime conventions into total freak fests. It’s mostly just internet propaganda to get people to attend those events with a horny mind, hoping to catch some freaky costume action. There’s nothing wrong with that but stop pretending everything has to have a freaky incentive attached to it.
In everyday life, people are having sex. They are doing it outside, they are doing it at work, you can literally get sex anywhere. As a guy who appreciates a one-night stand, I’ve had my fun in various locations. And guess what? I didn’t have to run 3 miles in fly running gear to make it happen.
Previously, everyone pushed the narrative of going to the commercial gym to find the love of your life. Sure, it’s completely possible to find a partner there. But you can find the love of your life waiting in line at the USPS office, too.
I don't know if people realize that some individuals actually go to the gym to just workout. Of course you’re going to attract eyes when your physique is top tier. But in order to even build that top-tier physique that people are drooling over, you had to have baseline discipline established.
Chances are, you take your fitness seriously.
Run clubs are literally just run clubs. Go fuck someone if you want to. But don’t say you started fucking all of a sudden cause you joined a run club... Freak!
