RESPECT THE VIOLENCE
...they killed the nice guy
It’s crazy how society has killed the nice guy. There’s going to be a day when the nice guy is truly missed.
Nowadays, everyone has an overdose of social media. They are drunk off likes and numbed by the DMs. Only the real lovers are suffering right now. They are being mishandled badly.
Some people never bounce back from the heartbreak. Unfortunately, I was privileged to experience heartbreak after heartbreak from various situations life handed me. It molded me into this glossary of lessons and understanding.
Some say I'm cold because nothing surprises me anymore. It's hard to be shocked when you can see the bullshit coming from a mile away.
But I'm not a stone-cold pimp. I just know that respect cannot be in the background when building high-value relationships.
Yet, the nice guy gets disrespected for some odd reason. People are so burnt out from past trauma that they are actually comfortable being mistreated. When someone presents themselves as a genuinely "nice guy," society views them as weak—a person to be played with.
Imagine navigating the modern dating pool, only to be told you're "too nice."
A logical mind hears that and wants to turn evil. It’s actually easier to be toxic than pleasant. The twisted logic kicks in: If being nice repels people, I’ll just be a villain to keep them around.
Modern dating has turned genuine affection into a manipulation tactic. If you actually show love early on and mean it, you’re looked at like a serial killer.
"Nah, love-bomb me. I already get enough hate-bombs." — Daddy Diet
Don't let a burnt-out dating pool turn you cold, and don't let people mistake your kindness for weakness. It's time to build boundaries that command respect without losing your ability to connect.
